Mindfulness Neurobiological Training

With the Agony/Suffering circuitry running amok affecting and interacting with our pain intensity and our overall health, finding a way to shut it down or at least turn down the volume would be greatly welcomed! Through review of the scientific literature we have learned that this isn't just a wish, but a reality that exists now. This ability to change the brain's patterning is some of the most empowering and awesome advances in pain science.
